One Trapped in the First Due

At 01:09 hours this morning the Company was back out for our 7th consecutive run of the night, this time just a half block down the street to 2nd/Hellam Streets for an Auto Accident with Entrapment.

No Caption Kitchen Fire and 10 Other Runs for the Weekend!

The Engine Company ran a Kitchen Fire with reports of Entrapment over the weekend to assist Station 80. Engine 41 arrived picking up 80’s hydrant and ran a backup line to the house. Quick work was made by Engine 80 with searches also turning up negative. The Engine operated for 1-1/2 hours before returning. Your local Volunteers handled 10 additional runs throughout the weekend.

Crash and Drills With CBFD80

At 1800 hours, the Rescue Engine headed to Columbia Borough Fire Department Station 80 for a spin on our weekly evening training. While arriving at Station 80, they were alerted for a crash in Columbia Boro. R41-1 responded along with R80 to find a multi vehicle accident. Crews assisted with fluid control and returned to Company 80.

No Caption Working Barn Fire and Some Other Runs

The Wagon operated as the 2nd due Engine Company yesterday morning on reported Barn Fire assisting Columbia Fire. Crews found fire throughout a work shop with multiple trucks on fire. The Volunteers handled various other responses through the day including a few medical calls, fire alarms, a transfer to Dover Township and a reported Box in Marietta Borough.
