Just before 1300 hours, Rescue 41-1 (W/5), Assistant Chief 41, and Fire Chief 41 responded to assist New Bridgeville Fire on a house fire with reported entrapment. Rescue 41-1 arrived as the second due special service, completed primary searches, opened up for the engine companies, and ventilated the roof. All searches proved negative results, however while conducting primary searches on the first floor, Rescue 41-1's Barman successfully located and removed a canine. Assistant Chief 41 was assigned as a division supervisor and Fire Chief 41 assisted at the command post.
