This afternoon, the Rescue and Engine responded to Lower Windsor Township for a reported “High Angle Rescue”. Rescue 41-2 officer assumed operations, and the crews started the extrication of a worker trapped in a metal auger 10’ above the first floor in an Industrial Building. The Rescue and Engine worked with various on scene companies and the Advanced Technical Rescue (ATR)Team to free the subject in just under 2 hours. The patient was flown from the scene to the local trauma center with life threatening injuries.
