At 2248, the Engine 41 was alerted to assist Columbia Borough Fire Department Station 80 with a clothing donation bin on fire in the 1400 Block of Lancaster Ave. Due to Engine 802 being out of service, Engine 41 picked up the run. Units arrived on scene with a working fire in the bin, no exposure problems. Engine 41's crew assisted with forcing entry and overhaul. Unfortunately, the donated items, some of which not the requested clothing and shoes, are likely unsalvageable. Companies operated in under 30 minutes.
